About Abby Moncrief

A Richmond native, Abby can navigate the local real estate market with ease and confidence. Having watched the market’s landscape change and grow throughout her lifetime, no one is better positioned to help a client reach their goals in Richmond.

 

A Freeman High School graduate, Abby studied psychology at the University of Virginia and later obtained her Masters of Education in Counseling from Virginia Tech. Prior to her experience in real estate, Abby had the privilege of working with Comfort Zone Camp, a bereavement program for kids where she specialized in identifying and contracting with organizations to offer special support and services for the grief community.

 

Abby’s counseling background supports her natural ability to listen to her clients, understand their perspective and ensure that they feel heard and valued during the real estate process. Her unmatched knowledge of her hometown market combined with the unique ability to build rapport and negotiate deals gives Abby an edge that helps clients succeed time and time again.

 

Abby is married to her high school sweetheart, Kevin. Together they are raising their own family right in the community where they grew up. The couple, along with their three sons and one very patient golden retriever, reside in the Tuckahoe area.
