Bailey is a Richmond native and licensed real estate agent who brings a polished, people-first approach to every client relationship. Her path into real estate is built on years of hands-on experience working alongside her family’s home staging business, where she helped prepare properties for market and developed a strong eye for presentation, layout, and the details that influence buyer perception and value.

In addition to her staging background, Bailey brings extensive experience in hospitality-based client service. Working in fast-paced, client-facing environments strengthened her communication skills, professionalism under pressure, and commitment to creating a seamless, supportive experience for every client.

As a single female homeowner herself, Bailey is especially passionate about guiding buyers—particularly first-time buyers—through the homeownership process with clarity and confidence. She understands how overwhelming the journey can feel and is committed to being a trusted, informed advocate at every step. Outside of real estate, she enjoys staying active at the gym, caring for her houseplants, and relaxing with a good book. She lives in Richmond’s Forest Hill neighborhood with her rescued dog, Mr. Hank.
