Meet Brandon

Like many in our region, Brandon relocated to Richmond as a young adult, arriving here in 2013. He and his wife Lindsay are both proud JMU Dukes, and live in the Northside with their two wonderful kids.
 
Brandon spent 15 years working in non-profit campus ministry before becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent. It is this background of shepherding, guiding, and caring for the needs of students from all backgrounds that has equipped him to walk alongside his clients well, as they enter the buying and selling process. Brandon leads with information, research, and attention, working with diligence for all his clients. He is committed to creating lasting relationships, and cares for his clients as friends.
 
Brandon has experience in serving buyers in all stages of life, including first-time home buyers, those down-sizing and up-sizing, and those relocating (even internationally), raw land purchases, and new home construction. He has also served sellers, flippers, and investors. Brandon has a particular interest in real estate investing, and has helped buyers purchase off-market deals, buy-and-hold rentals, short-term rentals, as well as BRRRR deals and House Hacks (for those familiar with the Bigger Pockets Podcast and associated resources).
