Caitlin is a Richmond-born real estate agent who lives in the city with her husband and three children. Real estate has been part of her life since childhood, when at 12 she was helping her parents with mailers for their real estate business, an early start that shaped her love for the industry.

Whether working with lifelong locals or newcomers, Caitlin's goal is the same: making every client feel confident and excited throughout the buying or selling process, backed by deep local roots and genuine care.

Outside of work, she's usually keeping up with her three kids, playing mahjong, or out exploring the city on a walk with a friend. For Caitlin, real estate is about more than transactions, it's helping people find their place in a city she's proud to call home.
