My name is Gary Martin, and I am a real estate agent living in Richmond’s Fan District. I have a passion for historic homes and love helping clients tell the unique story of their property when it’s time to sell. Specializing in the Fan, Museum District, and Near West End, I combine my deep knowledge of these vibrant neighborhoods with my love for the city to ensure every home finds its perfect buyer. Whether it’s recommending the best restaurants, coffee shops, or running routes in Richmond, I’m your go-to guide. We make it rewarding to find the perfect home, showcasing the lifestyle these areas offer.

When I’m not getting ready for our newest listing in the city, you’ll find me out running, playing tennis or pickleball, exercising with November Project, enjoying happy hour at the VMFA with my wife, Carlisle, and our dog, Beasley, or relaxing at one of the many beautiful parks throughout Richmond.

It takes a curated approach to market and sell a luxury or historic home, and I have a history of successfully accomplishing that.
