Tricia Laux is originally from Philadelphia, PA. She came to Richmond for college and graduate school and enjoyed the area and what it had to offer so much that she made it her new home! With an inherent love for real estate and an appreciation of the distinct benefits of Richmond’s various neighborhoods and surrounding areas, Tricia began investing in properties in the area. 

Through her firsthand experience as an investor, Tricia gained valuable insights into the local market dynamics and emerging trends, allowing her to identify investment opportunities that seamlessly blend into her role as a REALTOR®.
